To every city and town in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and the surrounding areas.
Delivery time
- Major cities: 2 to 3 working days
- Smaller cities and remote areas: 3 to 5 working days
- Your tracking number is sent over WhatsApp once the order is confirmed
Payment
- Cash on delivery — pay when the parcel reaches you.
- Bank transfer, JazzCash and EasyPaisa are also available — confirm on WhatsApp.
Checking on arrival
You are entitled to open the parcel and check the product in front of the rider. If it is the wrong item, damaged, or different from what you ordered, hand it straight back at no cost to you.
Returns and replacement
- Replacement within 7 days of delivery for physical damage or a manufacturing fault.
- The product must come back in its original packaging with all accessories and the bill.
- Damage from misuse, water or drops is not covered.
Delivery charges
Charges depend on your city and the weight of the parcel. The exact amount is confirmed over WhatsApp before your order is placed — there are no hidden charges.
