1. Orders and confirmation
Pressing "Order on WhatsApp" does not confirm your order on its own. An order is confirmed once we have checked stock and delivery charges with you over WhatsApp.
2. Prices and stock
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Prices and stock can change without notice.
- If a technical error shows the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Product images
Photos show the actual product, though colours can look slightly different depending on your screen and the lighting. That difference alone is not grounds for a return.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather and strikes can all push a delivery back.
5. Returns
Returns and replacements are covered on the Delivery Information page. Checking the product at the time of delivery is your responsibility.
6. Warranty
Where a warranty is offered it covers manufacturing faults only. Physical damage, water damage and misuse fall outside it.
7. Content
The content, images and design of this website belong to us. Commercial use without permission is not allowed.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the new terms.
