1. What data we collect
Because this website has no account system, we never ask you for a password or online payment details. When you order over WhatsApp we take only:
- Your name and phone number
- Your delivery address and city
- The details of your order
2. What we use it for
- Confirming your order and arranging delivery
- Giving the courier your address
- After-sales support and replacements
We do not use your data for anything else.
3. Who else sees it
Only the courier company, and only what delivery requires: your name, phone number and address. We never sell your data to anyone.
4. Tracking on the website
The website may record basic technical information such as your browser, device type and the pages you visited, so we can improve the site. This does not identify you.
5. WhatsApp
Orders are placed over WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to that conversation.
6. Your rights
You can ask us on WhatsApp at any time to delete your record, apart from anything we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
